4. Certificates for Completed Courses
Cenmed Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. offers professional certificates upon successful completion of selected training and educational programs. By enrolling in any course, the participant agrees to the following conditions:
- Certificates will be issued only after the participant fulfils all course requirements, including attendance, participation, assessments, and any other criteria set by Cenmed Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
- Certificates are not government-issued and are not affiliated with UGC (University Grants Commission – India) or any academic authority. These are professional development certificates issued solely by Cenmed Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
- The certificate does not guarantee clearance of any academic or competitive examination. It is intended for knowledge enhancement, skill development, or professional recognition only.
- Certificates may be cancelled or withheld if the participant is found guilty of misconduct, breach of company policies, plagiarism, cheating, or any unethical behaviour.
- Course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, failure to complete the course, or cancellation due to violation of policies.
- By registering for a course, the participant acknowledges and accepts these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Cenmed Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. — including but not limited to website content, training materials, product designs, brochures, graphics, logos, software, documentation, videos, and any other digital or physical resources — are the exclusive intellectual property of Cenmed Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
This intellectual property protection applies to all platforms, including but not limited to:

- Training programs and certificates
- Digital presentations and e-learning content
